The Special Olympics SPLASH is a corporate swimming challenge that encourages
team building and it’s a whole lot of fun.
SPLASH aims to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Australia to help
support weekly sports programs for people with an intellectual disability.
Teams consist of 8 members, each swimming 50m
- $2,000 entry fee, includes post-event function
- Finalists will choose an Olympic swimmer to join their team
- Each team will take part in the Opening Ceremony to include the
Lighting of the Cauldron
- Top 8 teams will swim in the Special Olympics SPLASH Cup Final
In addition, each team is encouraged to fundraise for Special Olympics Australia through their customised online fundraising page. Teams with the highest fundraising total who make the final will have first choice of Olympian to join their team.
