How to get here

Sydney Olympic Park is situated 18kms from Sydney airport, 14kms from the CBD and just 11kms from Parramatta. It's easy to visit the Park using public transport.

Travelling for a major event?

If you are travelling to the Park for a major event, we recommend using public transport or car-pooling with friends. 

You can plan your trip online by visiting Transport NSW for more information and get alerts for any upcoming trackwork or extra services for events. Not all events include free transportation to the Park, so make sure you check in advance with the Venue, Promoter or on Transport NSW's website. 

If you do drive to the Park, it is highly recommended to pre-book online as it sells out fast for concerts and sporting matches. Check our interactive map for the closest car park and information about road closures, alternate routes or notices the before your event. 

By car

The Park is signposted from the:

  • M4,Hill Rd, Silverwater Road (from the West)
  • Victoria Road, Homebush Bay Drive (from the North)
  • M4, Parramatta Road & Homebush Bay Drive (from the East)

Parking

By train

Olympic Park station is on the T7 line – Olympic Park. 

Change at Lidcombe station for services leaving every 10 minutes.

During large events, additional services may be in operation. Visit Transport NSW for more information.

By bus

Sydney Buses operate services from the following major locations:

  • Lidcombe station - route 401

Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf is situated 3kms from the town centre.  Travel between Parramatta and Circular Quay.
