Code of Ethics and Conduct

Sydney Olympic Park Authority is committed to maintaining a professional and ethical workplace. This can only be achieved if the community is confident that staff are not influenced by gifts or benefits. The Code of Ethics and Conduct Policy applies to all staff at the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, its contractors and persons engaged to undertake work on behalf of the Authority.

This policy sets out that:

• Staff must declare gifts and benefits offered to them. All gifts received will be returned to the sender.
• Staff should not accept any cash or financial benefit, anything of that nature could be considered a bribe.
