Master Plan 2050 builds on the 2050 Place Vision and Strategy which envisions Sydney Olympic Park as Sydney’s Beating Green Heart.

Master Plan 2050 ensures there is a long-term development plan prepared for the whole of Sydney Olympic Park; this outlines the detailed controls to guide sustainable growth for the suburb. 

We’re excited to deliver Master Plan 2050, as it will benefit the local community by delivering more homes, job opportunities, community hubs and facilities, places to play and explore, new retail, and public spaces to support a vibrant and liveable community that is well connected to greater Sydney. 

Sydney Olympic Park's Master Plan 2050 is on public exhibition from Monday 28 October 2024 until 5pm, Monday 25 November 2024.

Drop in to Level 8 at 5 Olympic Boulevard!

We invite you to drop in to our customer area at 5 Olympic Boulevard on Level 8 to have a chat with SOPA staff, or take a seat and read the Master Plan 2050 and technical reports.

Available weekdays, Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
