Arrival on the day
- Guests are to park in the P7 car park and can have their tickets validated at reception.
- On arrival to the Quaycentre, please have all children assemble and meet at Legend’s Café on Level 2.
- Coaches will lead the children to the Gymnastics Centre. Parents may watch from the balcony above.

Booking terms and conditions
- A minimum of 12 children required for a party.
- A $100 deposit is payable upon booking a party. If a request to cancel is made up to three (3) days prior to the party, the hirer will be issued a refund. After this date, the deposit is not refundable.
- Final attending numbers and full payment must be made three (3) days prior to the party.
- Guests are to park in the P7 car park.
Catering terms and conditions
- Order must be placed 7 days before Birthday Party to avoid 20% later order surcharge.
- Minimum requirements for catering items are indicated as per form.
- Custom menus are available upon request.
- Dietary products will be available upon request and additional charges may apply.
- We reserve the right to substitute ingredients according to seasonal availability or circumstances outside our control.
- Although all our dishes are prepared under HACCP conditions, they may contain peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds & gluten or traces of.
- Please be advised in accordance with Food Safety Standard, all food not consumed within 2 hours of delivery will be discarded.
- Kindly note, items can be subject to availability due to circumstances outside of our control.
- No cakes, cupcakes, etc. are to be stored within Special Events and Venue Catering locations.
- Knife for cutting cakes etc. will be provided by Sydney Olympic Park Authority Party Hosts.
- Booking forms must be returned 7 working days prior to required date. A surcharge of 20% of the total food and beverage order will be accrued for late catering orders.
- All catering must be pre-paid 3 days prior to delivery.
- Confirmation of final attendee, catering requirements and numbers must be advised 3 working days prior to delivery. SEVC cannot guarantee item availability for late changes.
- Cancellations must be advised of 3 working days prior to required date for full refunds. No refunds will be provided to any cancellations that are less than 3 working days.
- No external food and beverage will be allowed to be brought in for the party. Additional charges will apply where deemed appropriate by SEVC.
